Four large helicopters flying together out of Aberdeen.

Living near the airport I often see single choppers but seeing four flying in in formation is most unusual.

And they aren't showing up on flight radar..heading from Aberdeen towards the highlands just now. military?

What kind of helicopters? Or, at least, what colour were they?

4 x Apaches (flying to Lossiemouth) probably

There are some military exercises on just now. We had a Hercules circling low over our place in Deeside last week - a bit loud too.

Too far away to tell, but looked maybe a bit smaller than the normal offshory ones..

They flew over the Edinburgh Royal infirmary so they came down the coast....
