Farnborough 2018
Discussion
Just seen that the Harrier / AV8B has been confirmed for this year show.
I have a feeling we are in for a truly memorable airshow season.

Went with Mrs P last time on the Friday. The exhibition halls were interesting but completely packed with school kids asking the reps stupid questions. It wasn’t easy to work your way around so wouldn’t bother with it again.
The air display on the other hand was great. We were in an area next to the runway with deck chairs and a bar great place to spend a few hours. Still distinctly remember the A400M doing a near vertical take off.

I'm the opposite. I don't rate the Farnborough flying display these days but enjoy the halls, ESPECIALLY when the kids are there. The air display on the other hand was great.
