He still owns some of it, just not the controlling interest bit... mores the pity. Once venture capital got hold of it, things were only going to go one way.

Look let's be honest here there is absolutely no chance that it was sold for a quick buck under the belief that the Chinese will give money to reinvigorate the company only for them to close it down and ship the equipment, designs and badge to china inflicting another blow on British engineering in a painfully short sighted attempt to make a quick bit of cash now.
