Look let's be honest here there is absolutely no chance that it was sold for a quick buck under the belief that the Chinese will give money to reinvigorate the company only for them to close it down and ship the equipment, designs and badge to china inflicting another blow on British engineering in a painfully short sighted attempt to make a quick bit of cash now.

It will be a controlling interest, not the entire companies value. As above Robert Braithwaite will no doubt still have an interest.
