My new boat

Dart 18 racing catamaran - now just need to make sure my sailing gear still fits.

Great boat, hours of fun watching the leeward hull get lower and lower as you power up, spray from the forward beam as it hits waves and then suddenly that "this ain't right" feeling as your world turns upside down.

I spent 2 summers chasing these around the Carrick Roads in a rib when I worked at the Cat Clinic, sailing one of those is definitely one of the most fun things you can do on the water.

That looks very clean, nice looking boat - where are you going to sail her?

We bought our Hurricane cat from someone in Cheshire, they had sailed it at Red Wharf Bay in Wales

Will be sailing at Stokes Bay Sailing Club - there is still an active dart fleet there.

Just need to check that my gear still fits and should be out in her next weekend
