Wifi on a boat

My uncle has a Flemming 58 and it having problems with his wifi. I had got him an o2 voice and data sim card that goes into his router and everything worked ok. The boat is now in France and he has to manually change the APN settings on the sim in order for the internet to work, I think he's off to Portugal / Spain soon so will have to manually change to the respective settings of these countries when arrives.
My question is this, does anyone know of a router or piece of equipment that can do this manually like a standard mobile does?
