MMSI Number

Hi. Passed short range course recently, went on to ofcom website to apply for licence, but when I try to register equipment it's asking for MMSI number. Surely they need to issue me with one. I can't see how I can get the MMSI number on the website without registering the equipment and I can't register the equipment without MMSI number. Or perhaps it's me being thick.

Hi, sorted it. Clicked it through without entering the number and it issued one later. The application process didn't ask for proof of short range certificate. I find this a bit odd.
