The Canadian Warbird Heritage operate the only other airworthy Lancaster.
The Lancaster flew straight up the line of the M5 in Somerset last Saturday, at about 200 ft. We were driving along in heavy traffic when it flew over and you could tell nobody was concentrating on the road and just gawping ot the Lanc. It was a lovely sight and sound, but a little alarming as I was just waiting for an accident to occur - fortunately it didn't. The pilot then did a 270 dgree turn to come back over us a second time.

Second time could have been from the side.
