"Keep Upright" freight detectors/ spies
Discussion
Hi TransportHeads,
I am looking for a small gadget that I have seen stuck on freight boxes that should be transported upright.
These things were about half the size of a postcard, made of plastic and maybe 5mm thick.
They featured a little metal ball which was visible through a "window", this ball could move but
was moving on a "sticky" surface, once the box was tilted during transport the ball stopped at the
"tilted moment" and did not roll back to "neutral" position.
There was a sort of scale in the "window" and you could see how far the box had been tilted.
I even recall one sort of these gadgets that was fixed to an upper corner of the box
and had 3 of these "tilt spies" in 3 axes and levels.
I tried to find this on the net and had no success, anyone in the PH massive know what I am writing about ?
