Anyone know if you can just turn up anytime for a quick shufty, or do you have to prebook?

May be passing midweek sometime, and I'd like to pay my respects, having ticked off all the other uk-based retirees.

You can just turn up to see it, but have to book for the tours. They do 2, one is a technical tour and t'other is a more of a general tour.

They do a 3 tour offer for about £30, you get both tours and a full tour of the Nimrod MR2 as well.

If the tours are not fully booked, you may be able to get onto a tour on the day.

I visited 'AC for the first time last October. Great setup and nice to see her undercover and out of the elements (I wish G-BOAF could have something similar in Filton)!

Thanks chaps.

Not too fussed about the tour as I've been onboard at Filton, Brooklands, E.Fortune, Duxford and Sinsheim in recent years and will probably only have time for a brief walk around anyway, but it will be good to see her.

It's worth phoning beforehand as they sometimes have functions in the hangar and the whole Concorde exhibit is closed for the day.

If it is closed you can still see it from through the large coffee shop windows though.
