Found these on Youtube while reading again R V Jones book on the battle of the beams. I was only 3 years old when these were on, so never see them.
Only watched a couple , but they have a good amount of detail that's missing from similar shows now. They also of course are old enough to feature many of those who faught in the war and tell their story on camera.

'BDD' Before Dumbing Down. So much of this stuff is now presented as 'Amazing New Secrets of the Nazis' etc - when it was all known in perfect detail 40 years ago.
