New car need some help
Discussion
Hi guys,
By the end of summer I'll be looking for a new motor and I'm looking for some help.
I'm currently the proud owner of a Nissan 350Z which I love to bits but due to various circustances I'll have to move to a 4 seater , it will have to be around the 8K mark, pratctical, fun and with an average of 35/40mpg, ideally 4wd or fwd as the girlfriend will have to drive it a swell and to be honest I don't see her with a rwd in the winter.
I would like to stay within the jap scene but there isn't much out there, so far the only car that seems to tick all the boxes it's a Fabia VRS mk1,anyone here had/had one? the one down side that the fabia has it seems to be a fair ammount of body roll at high speeds, hopefully this can be rectified with some lowering and general body stiffening.
Other options are Focus ST, Integra DC5 and Silvia S15 but mpg is not great at all.
Any idea?
Thanks
Alex

Saab 9-3 Aero? Practical, FWD & quite fast.
Subaru Legacy Spec B? Again practical, Jap, 4WD, quite fast. Does have pants mpg though.
Alfa Mito 1.4 TB - Not sure how good it is but it is quite fast for a little hatch and gets 42 mpg when you back off (apparently).
