Stone Chips - Any suggestions? - Local to MK / Bedford
Discussion
I have two questions if there is anybody that can offer friendly advice:
Bently Continental GT - Dark Saphire
This has just a couple of very minor (but irritating), stone chips on the front of the bonnet. The car is like new in all other regards and I'm really hesitant to consider a bonnet re-spray. I presently colour them in with a fine tipped felt tip at each valet.
I've seen a sign-written van today offering a repair service but blowed if I can remember the name. Before I go hunting on the net for firms offering a solution; I wondered if anybody here might have some suggestions or recommendation? I prefer local to Milton Keyens / Bedford if possible.
Audi A8 (new version) - Metalic Blue
I've now covered nearly 100K miles in this and it is still as perfect as the day I bought it except for the usual spray of fine stone chips on the bonnet / front wings (along with a few fine griitter chips along the side). I accept that this does need a respray but I don't know anybody local that does high standard work. (I prefer to go to an independant bodyshop than one of the groups - IE: Someone who cares).
Suggestions and recommendations will be gratefully received.
Thanks
Keith
