Wheel refurb local to Stevenage

I have just bought my wife a Mini Cooper S it has 2 piece Mini split rim wheels fitted, these have been poorly refurbed previously and need a proper job doing on them. Ideally I want the centers painted black with a polished rim. I have spoken to a couple of local places and they are not interested in taking on the job, can someone recommend a localish place that will do a good job?
