Little Gransden Air & Car Show
Discussion
Just a quick post for anyone who's looking for something to do tomorrow, this show is well worth a look -

I went for the first time last year. Excellent display of cars and planes including a terrific display from the Ferrari OC in particular (do believe they'll be there again tomorrow...)
2 Hurricanes (1 flying and 1 static) and a Vampire are among the aviation highlights confirmed already, should be great!

The weather didn't want to play ball so the flying wasn't as good as previous years with a number of planes not being able to get to the show.
As an airshow experience I don't think you'll find anywhere with the flying ability and being so close to the flight line. Couple of video that you might find of interest for those of you who haven't been before.
Forthright made an appearance so I'm sure we will see some photographs soon.
For those that are interested you can exhibit you car for a £5 and this gets you access. What does get on my goat with this is that drivers turn up get out the picnic and don't support then vendors (Percentage of takings going to the event) then when the bucket is rattled on the way out just ignore the collectors and develop tunnel vision.
If anyones up for it I'd be happy to arrange a PH stand for next as long as we can find someway of contributing more than £5 each. Whether its bucket rattling, pictures in cars or raffles I don't know.

What has put me off going in the past is the fact you have to book months in advance to exhibit your car there. Then once you are there you are effectively in for the duration and ,y children are too small for that. Mind you we could nip home for lunch.
Let me know if you are organising something, we have two classics.
