So, who's going to Fos this year?
Discussion
I'll be there on the Saturday - it's the first time in a long time that I'm not going mith my mates, and instead taking the family along. We'll aim, as ever, to be there for 9 or so - getting in from the North direction (Petworth)can be a bit of a pain.
I didn't go last year as I'd grown a little bored of it, but this year I'm really looking forward to experiencing it with the family - both my boys are car nuts and there's more than enough to do for the girls!
We normally have stayed down on the South coast afterwards and enjoyed a night out, but I've searched and can't find anywhere remotely close (even in Portsmouth!)that can accommodate us (2 adults, 3 kids) on the Saturday night, so any ideas would be appreciated!
BTW, as a first timer I'm sure you will love it!

Alas, and I am guilty too, FoS is now one of the biggest corporate hospitality events of the year if you are in some way connected to the Auto industry, and if you're not, it still is....
I used to be, but not now, but tickets still come from my old contacts...
The best bit this year however, is that I turned them all down - no small talk with clients or suppliers for me, I paid for the tickets but get to do it all with the family

Doesn't surprise me. I was only messing about asking for free tickets, I've paid up and got some for Friday.
Tried to find even a hint anywhere, of any offers or discounts, or even free tickets through The Times like before, couldn't find anything.
I know, my mate came with me last year via the Times deal. I think the success of the event is supporting itself now...Tried to find even a hint anywhere, of any offers or discounts, or even free tickets through The Times like before, couldn't find anything.
Anyway, I'll keep an eye out for you in Sandy then, I work at the RSPB and live in Milton Keynes so might see you on my travels.
I will be in my work hack, silver Ka with a orange PH smily taking up the rear window...

The house on the Northern Side of the town, but I'll be commuting to Cambridge past The Lodge. Either in a red Integra Type-R or a purpley-black Civic.
I'll be heading the same way as you through Sandy to the Lodge each morning between 8.40 and 9.00 depending on what time I wake up...I mean how bad the traffic is...
