Bird watching on the M1 in Herts.
Discussion
Has anyone else noticed the large hawk looking birds that often sit on the fence between Hemel and the A5 junction of the M1 ??
I'm not a bird watcher, but I always notice seeing these MASSIVE browny/reddy looking birds sitting on the fence watching the traffic and I think they look amazingly beautiful.
I'd love to know some more about these if anyone can help..

more likely a buzzard
Not unless it was near Leighton...We're over-run with red kites in and around Hemel, but they do make a nice sight soaring on the wing...
