And the few properties suitable I can track down through Nova Loca or EGPropertyLink have estate agents that don't return calls or emails.
Long shot I know, but anyone with a line on premises that might not have come up on the typical web searches, drop me a line?
Quick description:
Doesn't need to be big (2000 sq ft fine) but does need decent workshop (at least 1500 sq ft) space with vehicle access door, a modest reception and minimal office space. Some parking spaces or forecourt a must.
Light industrial use.
The more passing traffic the frontage sees, the better.
Inside the city limits, and as our business involves folk leaving their car with us, ongoing transport links an advantage.
