Garage / Workshop / Lock up needed!

Heya all I live in broxbourne, south hertfordshire not far from the M25 and as I only own a flat I dont have a garage, i'm wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that offers workshop space or has garage share options.... I'm a Plant Fitter by trade so have most of the tools needed and some exp!

I really want to do some more car rebuilds and mods so if anyone has any idea or needs a hand with a car and your around my area just give me a shout!

you might find something in the local paper. failing that, there is sometimes workshop space for let along the nazeing road.
