Mobile Mechanic (Leighton, MK Luton area)?

I was wondering if anyone knows (and could reccomend) a mobile mechanic in the area?

I need to transplant parts from a friends 156 across to mine (identical cars) before it's sold or scapped (economy measure to get it through it's MOT)

Alternately, anyone competent in the area with a large toolbox, a couple of jacks and a free afternoon fancy some beer tokens? (probably wishful thinking lol)
