Hi all, having recently purchased my Corvette C5 I'd like to take a few pickies of it whilst it's "clean" I'm a bit bored using the same backdrop of fields which are close by & fancy something with a little more scenic.

Any ideas? I'm located close to Huntingdon.

How about the old airship hangers at Cardington, Bedofrdhsire. That's not a million miles away from you (unless my geography is rubbish!). I used to work there, and there are some great angles for car photography if you have a wander around. Not sure who owns them now, so access might be tricky these days.

Depends on what your looking for, nice little retro garage in Somersham if that the type of image you want to grab.

Downside you may need to ask first as it belongs to these people http://www.westendclassics.co.uk/index.htm

Be interested to hear views on this as well as all I've found are fields. I'd like somewhere a bit derelict and moody or quite modern and architect designed.

Flanders.

It is the house is great and you can park right out the front. Sometimes security tell you off but generally they let you get on with taking photos. Bang wrest park into Google images and there should be a few pics of the house.

Given there are no prices for any of the cars - you know they are going to be expensive for what they are.
On that basis it would be interesting to see if they would let you take pics - would they charge you a fee? Possibly

Don't know the guy but aways thought it would have been a good photo opportunity with the right car.
It would be an ideal backdrop for your e-type.

Brocket Hall seems to be a bit of a favourite backdrop for some local car dealers. Maybe Knebworth or Hatfield House also?

Old topic but I'll throw this in. When I bought my 350Z I was driving it around as the snow was melting and the sun was setting earlier this year, and took this gem of a picture:
