Fireworks near Huntingdon last night?

I was out walking the dogs about 7.15 last night(30 oct) and could see the clouds being lit up a long way south/south east of Huntingdon and just a hint of lasers as well - where was this? It looked more like a thunderstorm than a fireworks show as the whole cloud base was being lit up but no detail could actually be seen.
