Exhaust Fabricator Needed.
Discussion
There's an exhaust specialist in St.Albans that a mechanic friend of mine used to 'create' an exhaust for an old Mercedes! On London Road, though can't remember the name... Hang on, I think this is it... Top Gear St Albans Ltd., 152 London Road, ST. ALBANS, AL1 1PQ

I'll see what I can do once the car's back down with me.
There's a film put up by a Pher (Rob67) of his Eleanor Mustang blasting through the Hatfield Tunnel, I fancy a go at that in my car early next year.

Thank you Blib, that's a truly lovely machine you have there. Have I seen it around the borders? I live in Aberdeenshire these days but from Duns originally. I was down there last year and thought I saw a red Stratos over near Jedburgh.
Thanks Jollygreen. I've wanted one of these sfrom the moment I first saw one on TV in the 70's. O.K., it's a replica but I can't afford a real one and they are as rare as hen's teeth anyway. The red car that you saw was not mine I'm afraid. There are several Strats in Scotland. At least one is used or has been used as a daily driver.
