Decent welder needed this week.

Does anyone know of a decent (automotive) welder preferrably in North london/Essex/Herts who can fabricate a seat mounting and help me mount a seat in my 205 track car?
Need to lower the seat by cutting out the standard seat mounts which are pants and then weld in two struts from the sill to the gearbox tunnel then mount the seat on those. should be about 3 - 4 hours work?
