Orf to the horspickle in the morning for investigations and they've given me stuff I have to take to clear my gut. Can't imagine ANYONE will want me around! And I won't want to be doing that to the Z4 either!! :O

Could we do some Sunday *afternoon* runs some stage, as I'm supposed to be out on the pushbike when fit enough, with the local cycling club on Sunday mornings.

(Too scared to go atm, though, FAR too unfit! )
