Anyone going to Harpenden Common for this event, 25th july?

Went for the first time last year and will be going back again this year, probably a little earlier this year, try to avoid the traffic a bit.

For details see here

Good turn out, some fabulous cars there.

Only spoilt by the censoredcensoredcensored Britith Summer that we're enjoying!

Morning all.

A great turnout despite the weather - took the camera but didn't even get it out of the case! Spotted quite a few cars I recognised as PHers.

Your Coupe is stunning Job. Looked great even in the dark and dreary conditions. Had a chat with a chap with a 420SEAC sporting the smilie and cross pistons though I didn't get your name (sorry) and also spotted Phil and his lovely De Tomaso. Thanks also to the owner of the 512BB that was parked right at the back for being so accomodating to a couple of blokes drooling all over your engine.

Thought the local constabulary did a good job of traffic control though I did miss the smoking departures by the heavy American stuff we've had in previous years.

Heres hoping for better weather next time....

I didn't actually get to talk to anyone although I did recognise some of the cars. I think I saw NotNormal standing near his car (which is still completely immaculate) but he was engaged in conversation.

I liked the Zonda F roadster! Isn't Group 20 run by a PHer?

I saw you driving past the pub. It looks so cool I'm suprised you don't need thermals to drive it.biggrin

It is a great event you never know what gems you will come across.

Well I never, that's my old 328 in the pictures - hence the name on here. Nice to see it's still in good health.

What's with the number plate blurring?
Cars are in a public place so I don't understand the editing.
