Garage that accepts customer supplied parts?

I am looking for a garage to mount engine and transmission mounts on my W639 Vito this week. Struggling to find anyone interested so far... Perhaps someone here has solid leads?

Most reputable garages will want to be confident with the source of the parts as they will be expected to stand by and warrant their work if the parts turn out to be sub standard.

There have been plenty of threads on here about problems people have by doing this.

There is huge potential for the garage to have problems e.g. wrong part supplied, etc, etc so hardly a suprise garages aren't interested in taking on potential headaches.

id see if any mobile mech want to take it on , if they take it all apart and they dont fit then it gets left in your driveway not someones workshop

OP, where are you based? This sub covers a pretty large area.

Also, it's worth being clear on why you want to supply the parts. Rare/unobtainable parts, or some superior tuning parts, you can make the case for supplying your own parts. If you bought quality bits with a mind to doing the job yourself and then changed your mind, it's a bit harder. If you bought cheap tat thinking you can save money that way... You'll find it hard. Or expensive. Or both.

I have used a garage to fit my own supplied parts but it's only ever been because the parts are especially hard to source so the garage cannot get them from their usual suppliers.
Even then, the conversation has always started with them saying "this bit needs to be changed and our suppliers can't
supply the parts" rather than me rocking up with my eBay bag of tricks and saying "fit this please".

I've successfully solved the problem now, found somebody in North London.
