I'm organising a convoy in the Thames Valley forum, but I'm actually based in Herts myself. If you'd like to join let me know and we can head over together, either via the M25/M4 to the start point or via a more interesting route to the start if you're up for it.

i am looking for a convoy starting around the Guildford area

If you are in Southampton as per your profile then head up the M3 and turn off at Fleet for the start point for the route linked above. It will be closer than Guildford but not a procession.
