Anyone in the area see the queues out onto the A505 roundabout of people desperate to try this new restaurant as if it was the latest Apple pod. Quite an unbelievable sight as there were a good 15+ cars queued out of the car park and causing a mess on the roundabout, all for greasy burger.

I know Royston doesn't have many chain firms, but it was as if these people had never seen a Mcdonalds before!

thing is with Mucky D's...we all do it but dont we all think how rank it is after we've eaten one?

Saw them building this, the prefabricated sections and the monster crane they were using were quite impressive...

Same here - Not eaten a McDonalds (or BK, KFC, Subway, Dominos etc) for many years. Horrid stuff!!

They've just done something similar on the bottom on the A5/A4146 junction - it went up very quickly!
