Little scratch

I was v tired yesterday and managed to lightly graze the wheel arch on my beloved silver shadow whilst reversing into my garage. I would normally attempt a touch up but the chap from the car clinic in forty green seems to not be contactable any more. I have the recipe for the paint colour that he gave me but need someone to either mix it up or do a very localised (4 inches long by 3-4 mm thick) smart spray. I'm near penn. can anyone recommend anyone please? It's v depressing but my fault entirely
