Anyone know Tom @ TCS in Birchanger?

I'm trying to get hold of him to arrange some work but the phone never gets answered, nor emails replied to.

I've been round there once when i was in the area but the place was closed (a Saturday morning), unfortunately it's over an hour away from me so not like i can keep trying til I catch him.

Anyone know anything?

Does anybody know what's happening with Tom, he's had my car for ages and I can't get through to him on any number and I'm pulling my hair out with it all. Each time I go there the place is locked up, I do know he's been busy lately but I've had no replies to voicemails or texts.

I'm just extremely concerned and worried about the situation. Email me if you don't want any information to be public.

I've still not spoken to him, even after Andy's hand delivered message to call me and a note left on the Facebook page, so i've moved on and found someone else to do the work. It's a shame, but if it's this hard to get him on the phone when i want to give him money to do a job, what should i expect if, after the work, there's a problem?

That is a pisser truth be told. I will say that he didn't appear too concerned when I spoke with him, and my request elicited just a mumbled 'I'll call him'. The place was a bit of a mess in and out and I wasn't too impressed with what I saw there.

That being said, I'll try and pop in during the day next week once I'm back in the UK, and see if I can catch him again. Vixen, let me have your car details via PM and I'll see what I can find out.

Unfortunately I can't promise anything as my diary is very fluid - may need to be back here in NYC again.
