Clophill Supcar Meet 17/3/2013
Discussion
hi all
sorry for the silence, and now short notice...... the weathers turned, so its time to get the show on the road again.....
weary of there being many meets popping up, thought we best do a march meet else maybe nothing will happen..... best to set in stone, so i am going to bite the bullet and say the third sunday of every month......
so, the fly have confirmed bacon rolls/baps and beverages for breakfast on the 17th march 2013, from 10am.....
aim is also to tag a visit to shuttleworth collection (who also have a scale model show on also that day), i will confirm this.... we should have reserved parking on a hard surface infront of a hangar.... i will confirm with prices etc.....

Hi guys, with regards catering , i have fixed it with the Fly to have bacon rolls etc being served outside rather than sit down breakfasts, tea/ coffee soft drinking will be availible to, obviously the pub is a business so in order for future events to happen here please make good use of what is being offered, the new management is keen on the meets continuing and the venue has been good for us on last years meets so lets hope for nice weather and a good turn out.
