Any good recco' for Sledging Hills - Hertford - Ware area?

We've got a nice little slope behind our house so haven't ever bothered looking elsewhere. Are you familiar with Waterford heath? It's an old quarry between Bengeo and Waterford which is now a nature reserve which has some huge slopes that should be great for sledging.
