Plumber in Harpenden for Gas safety certificate

Is anyone a plumber or can recommend a plumber near Harpenden. I am renting out my flat and need to get a Gas safety Certificate.

Also, while I am at it - can anyone recommend a sparky in case they are required at some point?

Think this is part of Jacksons? Judging by Mr Jacksons house near my parents, they certainly do ok!
