B&B's in Luton, any recommendations?

Evening all, need to find a b&b in or around luton would prefer somewhere cheap maybe a pub? If anyone could recommend anywhere i would really appreciate it.

I'd also suggest that if you need to drive through Luton in the rush hour you find somewhere on the right side of Luton to where you need to be or you'll spend a lot of time traveling.
