tyres and 4 wheel alignment st albans

Need four new boots and from what I saw from the ramp at the garage the other day, a four wheel alignment on the Audi.

Anyone got any recommendations for tyre companies and people that know their apples with aliment kit around the area? Loathed to take the car to one of the big chains in the area as I've heard and had horror stories previously.

I use Supertyres in Welwyn Garden City for alignment as they have a decent machine and are happy to do custom settings if you have any setup preferences: http://www.supertyreswelwyn.co.uk/

Never had tyres from them though, would be interested to hear any local first hand tyre recommendations as well...

Ta....booked for friday, will report back... In the end booked these guys as they were localish and price was competative...

Blackboots in chesham also gave a good impression as did event tyres......

Went well, did what they said they'd do, highlighted an issue, got the right tyres (more than one main dealer did for me once) use a hunter machine with two cameras and had a decent customer lounge with comfy sofa's....I will be using them again...
