Cheap tow ball fitting in Herts - any recommendations please

Hi All,

I want to get a bike rack that fits a tow ball but I dont have this set up on my car, so need a 7 pin plug and would prefer a detachable towbar. I live near WGC so would prefer someplace closer, but thats also cheap.
