Has anyone here used Gladwins in Swavesey?
They are approved by Audi, Lotus etc, but I'd like to hear from someone who's
had some work done

I've used Premiere Bodyshops in Luton (Porsche specialist but clearly do other cars) and they were exceptional. I still get compliments on the paint 2 years later. Matched old and new reds extremely well which is typically a challenge.

My TVR is going to Gladwins next week to be repaired
They are Bentley and Lotus approved so they should be alright, I've just never heard
of them before

As long as the insurance company are paying gladwins are all goodsmile If your paying out of your own pocket I would look elsewhere as they are f****** extortionate on their pricing!! not heard many bad reports of the quality of work though to be fair.

I used them once and whilst the work was great the customer service was a real let down, not returning calls, they didn't have a loan car when it was eventually book in despite having been told I needed one (and delaying the work so I could have one).

Gladwins are one the largest Bodyshop groups in East Anglia if not the largest.
Owned by a family friend who himself is a real petrolhead. F40, 6R4, racing mini and others in his own collection.
He's also been one of Martin Short's (Roll Centre Racing) biggest sponsors over the years.

Finishline in Graveley are good as well. Seem bit expensive but theyve got a lot of happy customers/loan cars (i believe) etc
