Hi everyone. this is gadgit!!

Last year I ran the Pistonheads attendance at Woburn (Bedforshire classic car show)
for those who came, it was a great day and thanks for bringing your cars. the good news is!
I'm doing it again this year..... its on May 6th and 7th at the Abbey as normal.
Also you may remember that we had special permission to bring newer than normal cars to the show.

We have permission again, and they have created a new 'O' performance car section, partly due to
Pistonheads cars that attended the show last year.

So, same rules as last year. you just download an application form from Greenwoods events. tick section 'O' fill in club section 'Pistonheads', club organizer Patrick Ross . Contact No 01954 267006.
Insert a cheque for £3 and you are in !! ticket will allow two adults and two children. ticket will also get you in the gardens as well, with Nice cafe (well worth a walk round)

Rules of engagement will be; Prefered date Sunday 6th May.

It must be something a bit special! or a classic of course. Contact me if you are unsure.
I will have to bear the responsibility for the cars that turn up for the pistonheads area.

Changes from last year. you must be in By 11:00 or you will be charged extra!
Ticket is for one day only. last year it lasted for both days. Sunday prefered.
its quite an informal sort of event and a good mix of cars.
Please add your name to the list.

Gadgit.

Hi Gadgit

Is a Exige RGB special enough? I'd be keen to come along if you can promise fine weather?

I've been given the ok from the family, so I'll be signing up again. Thanks for organising it once more!

edit: I can only find the 2011 form for download? Have you got a link?

I must say that the response to this show is very dissapointing, to say the least.
I'm still going to go, and do all the arrangements, as i did last year.

So, for those of you who are still thinking of coming but can't make your mind up/

Cars that can attend this show can be any of the following in case you are confused in any way.

Any; Sports- performance (No hot Hatches, for obvious reasons)

Lotus
TVR
Aston Martin
Triumph, spitfire, GT6, most if not all!
MG /B,C,midgit, TF,TC etc......
And the list goes on. only £3 for two adults and two children...

If you have something, but are not sure, please ring me!

You will need to get your applications off soon to be able to get in.

With hope

gadgit.

Would a standard Merc SLK look out of place?

How about a BMW Z4 3.0si Coupe?

I only live 10 miles away from Woburn. I'll put the cheque in the post tomorrow if you accept me.

Just spotted on the application form that the O class is only for 17 June at Woburn and Old Warden 12 Aug??? Do we have permission for this one on the 6th May

Have you posted a thread in the "Events/meetings/travel" section that links to this one? It would give you much more awareness.

I'm going to check with SWMBO. If we're free, we'll bring the 4200 along on the Monday.
