U-Boat b45-08 Battery question.

Hi,
I've tried my best at searching online, but still can't find an answer. I've been offered the b45-08, a 3/4 year old U-Boat watch from a friend. However it needs a new battery, but don't want to commit if it means a lot of hassle, does anyone know if it is a typical battery etc?
