Glycine combat...or similar
Discussion
I was looking into getting a combat as the daily beater, either blue or red markings and preferably on a steel strap (although i'll probably put it on a nato one).
Checked out chronomaster but they've completely sold out.
I've looked at and e-mailed other stockists but apparently the 3842 is a discontinued model.
Can anyone help??
I'll also be going through Schipol (sp) next week. Does anyone there sell them?
Failing this can anyone reccommend a similar watch in a similar (circa £400)price bracket.
TIA

Based in London, very nice place to visit, but do mail order with all the bells and whistles. They might not have one in the shop, but they are a AD so get hold of them easily.
Went there to try on a Airman 18, but at 38mm was too small, but the salesman was very helpful and understanding. Even tried to persuede me to part with my Seamaster.
In the end, managed to get a discounted Airman 2000 which is 42mm across and just right for me. Have it on right now, and have been wearing it for weeks (unusual for me). Here is a picture and will definately be looking at another Glycine in the future
