Sinn 244 Ti - advice / info please.

I'd appreciate some advice please. Is this watch now discontinued? If so, how much where they when new and how much would you expect to pay for a good/excellent used example. If it's discontinued then I'll look at the used market but I'd want to pay a fair price only!
Some websites in the USA give the impression that it's available new whereas in the UK @ Chronomaster it's "sold out").
(I fancy a Sinn and the dimension and look of this model would, I think, suit my skinny wrist).

ps no affiliation but I think they were rather expensive new so it 'seems' a good price. No expert though and not taking any responsibility 
pps I know nothing of this model. I have never seen another up for sale either. I imagine they are quite rare
