Please?

Just sold my Crosswind Special to a fellow PH member.
I have vacant space on my wrist at the minute so looking for something to fill it.

Brief:

Suitable for everyday wear.
Pref. stainless steel but open to suggestion.
Similar size to Crosswind.
Not bothered if chronograph or not.

Budget: Up to £300 new or used.

Show me, tell me, teach me. Please.

I've seen Nixon, Sinn, Seiko and a few others but would like "real life experiences" and opinions.
Over to you all.

Have a look at the Christoper Ward site. I have one of his watches it is superbly made and excellant in design. There is something for all there.

Two new additions to my collection, first - Seiko Orange Monster, well within the budget and pretty much indestructable

If you like that, you could go for a modified one made to your specification - there are a couple of really good guys that do them, here is an example -

Or, my second new addition, a little something out of left field, won't get one of these new within budget, but certainly get a good used example - Glycine Airman

But, to be honest there are hundreds of good watches within your budget and I am sure some other PH's will have some other suggestions for you.

Good luck in your search and let us know what you decide.
