I really need some help, have an anniversary fast approaching and want to buy the mrs a decent watch, budget is max 2k but ideally it would be between 1-1.5k, has to be SS, she hates gold, don't want a jewellery watch, any ideas, currently considering rolex datejust and Omega deville/constellation

Any ideas or recommendations?

How about a rolex 176200..classic look. just bought the mrs one for her birthday and managed to get £160 discount on a £2060 watch

Is the cartier generally considered to be a good quality watch, both the santos and tank francaise look ok, always sort of considered cartier to be more fashion?

The tank gets my vote. It seems a hefty price for a quartz movement, and it doesn't have a screw crown so only splash proof but my o/h has worn hers for 5 years solid and given it a right thrashing. Sent it away for a service last year and it came back like new. If I had my time again I would still buy the same, its a great everyday watch.
