Normal or strange?

My Hamilton Khaki eto (Quartz) is losing hours of time overnight.
However, it seems to be fine during the day (1 occassion lost an hour)

I'm wondering is this is the battery dying but i've only had it for 2 years from new and it doesnt seem to be a gradual thing.

Do you think it needs a full service of just a battery change. To be honest, on a quartz i'm not sure what the difference is?
