Anybody recomend a dealer in Nottingham. Looking for a new Seamaster Chrono Diver. Prepared to compromise on price if it means finding a reliable dealer, with good service.

Ta very much

There is a branch of Berry's in Notts that stocks Omega amongst other top end stuff.

But whatever Omega model you choose, make sure you haggle the price!

Would recommened Berrys - got my Tag Carrera from there. There is also Copes on Upper Parliament St and there is also a premier Goldsmiths in the Victoria Centre. Also, try Beaverbrooks in the Victoria Centre.

As said before, haggle with the price and whichever dealer is not willing to budge on price, just walk away

Thanks for the reply's chaps.

I'll let you know how it goes. Can't wait, scrimped and saved, worked the long hours. Wanted a seamaster for years. And now it becomes reality. Can't wait

Would echo advice to go to Berry's or Cope's.

From personal experience - both will offer you a discount if you ask politely.

Cope Jewellers gets my nod.

Bought two Omegas from there. Andrew Cope is a great guy, very knowledgeable and willing to do a deal. They have a service dept downstairs and will defo look after you if you need a polish or anything..

Well a little later than I had hoped for, but today a dream became reality. I am now the proud owner of a new Omega Seamaster Chrono Diver. As I said in my post at the top, I have worked all the hours I could to realise this dream. I am well chuffed. I went for the blue faced model, but I have to say the new black face was very tempting.

I purchased it from Copes in Nottingham. I had said that customer service was a factor in my purchase, and I have to say they made my missus and me feel very welcome. 1st class service.

Thanks to all the PH'ers that gave me some very good advice.

I'd second that, Cope is by far the best watch retailer in Nottingham for service. Pity they don't have a Rolex franchise.
