I want a new watch. Nothing too expensive. I have a Speedmaster date at present and would like something similar but at 42mm. I saw someone with a Hamilton that looked very similar but can't find it anywhere online.

Basically a black dialed chrono watch with a leather band. I just love the pusher design of the Speedmaster, I know the Tag Carrera is similar but I dont want to spend that much.

How much are you looking to spend??? I have a Tag Carrera CV2010 on a bracelet, which I am thinking about selling as I want a Glycine Airman 18 and the funds are not there without getting rid of at least one of my watches.

I was aiming for 600~700 (2nd hand) so your tag is out of my range.

Never mind, will just have to wait for a little longer. Although, have a look at the Christopher Ward C3 thread on here, as I have posted something you may be interested in - it is a new watch which is currently in development and might suit your needs and will be well within your budget.

Me, I think I will be going for the brown face with the brown perforated leather strap.

Here is the link -

Just a thought, good luck with the search.

WOW!

Thanks for the link.

Think I'll order a C4 now and get a C7 when it comes out. Those watches are amazing, even for the price. The guy really knows what people want!

Going to join the forum as well. Thanks for the link!

Alternatively you could look at the Precista PRS-5 - handwound like the (original) Speedmaster, no date, but amazing value for money: http://www.timefactors.com/precista.htm , sorely tempted myself, but I already have 2 black, one dark blue and one dark grey chrono ...

Edited to move the comma after the link ...

PS you need to scroll down to see the PRS-5
