Discussion
Overlapping with recent threads, i now have the recently purchased IWC Pilots watch which i can read without specs (with which i'm still delighted). The question is, as my Daytona is effectively redundant, should i trade it for something like a Panerai, or even another IWC that i can read or leave the thing unused and effectively unloved in the safe? I can't imagine it's an asset in reality and i'd prefer to own something in lieu of it, that i can actually enjoy.
Thoughts and suggestions please

If you love it, and it's a watch that you coveted and dreamed of owning for a long time, I would keep it as, assuming it's a stainless steel model, it's never going to lose any money and you never know when you might turn around and want to wear it again. If, however, you are not the possessive sort and feel a watch should be worn then I say trade it in for something that you like the look of and will enjoy wearing along with the IWC.
Well i'm not the possessive type and i didn't lust after it before i bought it tbh. It was the watch of the moment then and to some extent still is i suppose.
I think i'd like to turn it into something i'd wear, which will need to be large, clear and simple. Other than a Panerai i can't think of anything beyond the IWC i recently bought. 'Most' simple Panerai aren't as expensive as the Daytona so even a PX is tricky.
It's thoughts on what i could buy that would be appreciated!
