Saw a chrono version of this today, lovely. Fancy a non chrono version though. Any views appreciated. Thinking of getting one and selling my unworn stainless daytona

Not a 50 fathoms but I have a Flyback. Have had it nearly 8yrs. Great watch.

50 fathoms always looked a bit too chunky on the bezel to me.

I prefer the lines of the non-chrono. The chrono is a very nice watch, but the other has an elegant simplicity that counterbalances its size.

A less expensive watch along the same lines that I've been admiring recently is the Breitling Superocean Heritage 46 - might be worth taking a look at?

thanks for the replies, I have big wrists so can get away with any large size watch. Non chrono looks v nice, need to get a good discount. So far have only been offered 10% as it is a newish model

Bought my Flyback in Dubai and paid massively under list (about the same as used ones seem to sell for here).

I wouldn't pay anywhere near list on these as they do seem to take a pasting on the used circuit. Despite being great watches (IMO).
