how much discount should i expect?

HI,

I want a tag carrera twin time and would like to buy it locally rather than some dodgy website. How much discount should i expect to get? I want to feel I've got a good deal but dont want to screw a local dealer totally so whats reasonable? They have offered it at £ 1175 rrp £ 1350 without much bargaining - should i go for more?

That's a discount of about 12%, sounds quite good to me. I don't know if the Tag margins are similar to Breitling. but I've just been up and down Oxford/Bond St looking for a Breitling and the best I could do is 10%.

Breitlings are looking very expensive now, the model I was looking for has just gone up from £3600 to £4115. That's almost 15%.
