I just got a bit of money back from the Inland Revenue (that is a good feeling!) and would like to spend a little on a new watch. I've been without a working watch for months now as my ebay jump hour bargain finally gave up.
I've been looking on the Werners site and there are some lovely ones there, I'm gonna give him a mail.
I also seem to remember a shop in Whitby that had an online store, doing similar style stuff, anyone know it?
I have small wrists so it needs to be quite small. Chronograph ideally. Not a bracelet, but leather/fabric/other strap.
£150 max. Any ideas?

I wear an IWC Spitfire chrono normally but for the money I just had to order a watch from Werner! He also gave me a small discount as a Pistonheads member! Hell, for £80 they are stylish and fun and guaranteed two years to boot! I bought this one for the hell of it:-

I reckon I'm going to have a lot of fun wearing that watch. Incidentally I have small wrists but the 42mm IWC doesn't look out of place at all.
PS At your quoted budget you can have two watches from him and this one is both automatic and smaller:-

I'm sure someone round these parts picked up a 70's omega for about 150 sheets in the last month or so.
Completely blowing the budget, I think this is a tasty little number.

(Apologies for massive ebay link)

Personally I wouldn't go for the alarm watch. It is just something else to go wrong. After all, we have a mobile phone which acts as an alarm clock anyway. If that is your style then this seems to be more classic and stylish, but then watches are a personal choice. We don't all like the same. No matter what, at these prices you can't go wrong anyway.

A nice chap to deal with and you'll get a slight discount if you mention Pistonheads.
